Ad 2 Roanoke
Ad 2 Roanoke is a city-wide chapter of the National Ad 2 organization, the young professional affiliate of the American Advertising Federation. When I was elected president, our club wasn't exactly thriving. With three members, we had our work cut out for us. I led and executed an initiative to rebrand the club as the creative organization for young professionals in the Roanoke Valley. Everything got a makeover – logo, brochures, website – the usual. But to really spread the word, I created a series of magnets that could be placed in office fridges across the town. And a "do not disturb" sign for creatives. They quickly became collectibles, and along with active face-time promoting the club to businesses and colleges, Ad 2 began it's steady climb into the hip club that it deserved to be. Agency: Freelance. My role: Art Direction, Design, Illustration & Copywriting.
